Erin brings a wealth of project management and customer onsite support to our team. She's spent many years as a tech writer with software and hardware developers. As a technical operations engineer at Yahoo! Inc., she diagnosed and resolved client issues and provided management and support for Yahoo! tools. As a technical writer, she wrote help documentation for highly visible banker software, and researched, revised, and wrote datasheets for new product launches for a network security firm. She provides grace under pressure and expertise to users in challenging technical environments.
