how to find our Oakland office

200 Frank H. Ogawa Plaza, 7th Floor

Our office is located in downtown Oakland, next to City Hall on Frank H. Ogawa Plaza. We are in a seven-floor red-brick historic building on the north-west corner of the Plaza.

The plaza is bordered by 14th Street, 16th Street, Clay Street and Broadway. We validate parking at the Rotunda Garage, whose entrance is on 17th at San Pablo Avenue. The office is a short walk from the BART and AC Transit hub of 12th and Broadway.

  • from the oakland airport and south bay

    Take 880 North to Oakland and then 980 toward Walnut Creek. Take exit 1B (17th Street/San Pablo Avenue) and continue straight. Turn right on 17th Street and continue three blocks to San Pablo. After crossing San Pablo, turn right into the Rotunda Garage.

  • from san francisco

    Cross the Bay Bridge and take 580 East to 980 West/Downtown Oakland. Take exit 1D (14th/18th Streets) and merge onto Brush Street. Turn left on 17th Street and continue four blocks to San Pablo Avenue. After crossing San Pablo, turn right into the Rotunda Garage.

  • from walnut creek, orinda

    Take Highway 24 toward San Francisco and then 980 West/Downtown Oakland. Take exit 1D (14th/18th Streets) and merge onto Brush Street. Turn left on 17th Street and continue four blocks to San Pablo Ave. After crossing San Pablo, turn right into the Rotunda Garage.

    Take 580 West toward San Francisco and get on 980 West/Downtown Oakland. Take exit 1D (14th/18th Streets) and merge onto Brush Street. Turn left on 17th Street and continue four blocks to San Pablo Ave. After crossing San Pablo, turn right into the Rotunda Garage.

  • from marin county

    Take the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge to Highway 580 East. Continue on 580 East to 980 West/Downtown Oakland. Take exit 1D (14th/18th Streets) and merge onto Brush Street. Turn left on 17th Street and continue four blocks to San Pablo Ave. After crossing San Pablo, turn right into the Rotunda Garage.

    Take Highway 80 to 580 East. Just past Emeryville take 580 to 980 West. Take exit 1D (14th/18th Streets) and merge onto Brush Street. Turn left on 17th Street and continue four blocks to San Pablo Ave. After crossing San Pablo, turn right into the Rotunda Garage.

  • We are very near the 12th Street/Downtown Oakland BART stop

    When arriving at the station, take the 14th Street/City Hall exit to street level. Walk through Frank H Ogawa Plaza to the brick building next to City Hall.
