Customized Mail Merging

Use the built-in letter composer to create mass mailings without relying on complicated merge functions of external applications. With Propolis™ you can simply type your message, select the database fields to include, hit print, and voilà: your customized letter is printed or emailed to 5, 50, 500, or more contacts. Mailing lists can be selected individually, by group, cause, amount or any other criteria. You can use Propolis™ to send letters of appeal, welcome letters, thanks, receipts and more.

Once your letter is sent, you can see when it was sent, and to whom. If you need to send a second copy, you can do so easily.

Propolis™ can print addresses on standard mailing labels for your custom mail-merge. You can choose which label on the sheet to start printing from, letting you print only the labels you need. No more wasting sheets of expensive mailing labels.

Donation Tracking

You can view how much each donor gave, when, for which initiative or cause, and if the donation was earmarked for a specific purpose.

Once you've recorded the donation using Propolis™'s intuitive interface, you can create detailed reports, view the donor's history over time, generate receipts, and view summaries of donations sorted and filtered by cause, event, time period, group and donor.

Powerful Reports

With Propolis™'s built-in reporting functions, you can summarize your donations by designation, earmark or program. Want to know your donations year-to-date? Want to display total donations sorted by campaign? Want to view a donor's complete record of pledges and donations? The ready-to-go reporting functions in Propolis™ help you see the big picture and the bottom line of your fundraising initiatives.

Because of the flexibility of this platform, the basic features of Propolis™ can be extended to meet the unique needs of your organization. With Propolis™ Advanced you can customize any aspect of the system. If you aren't comfortable with database programming, you have the professional support of Beezwax datatools to implement any changes your organization needs.
