Jed attributes his aptitude and interest in computers and programming to the countless hours he spent playing Zork, Colecovision and Nintendo as a youngster. In the years since, he has worked as the IT Director for Canto Software, Inc., the CTO of Fenton Communications, and eventually founded his own consulting company, Verity Solutions. All of this was a prelude to his dream of returning to graduate school and starting a career in academia, where he is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Tibetan Buddhism at the University of Virginia.
The skills Jed likes to brag about in bios such as these are as follows: he speaks five languages, is a published author of fiction, is an accomplished musician who has written and performed soundtracks for three films, and plays a mean game of volleyball (as long as he isn’t serving into the sun).
Jed lives with his wife and four absurdly entertaining cats in Charlottesville, VA, home to Thomas Jefferson, John Grisham, Wallace Shawn (inconceivable!), and the Dave Matthews Band.
