A chronic illness ally to organize data for chronic illness patients.

ChronicAlly, a community-minded free offering from Beezwax, tracks practitioners, diagnostic tests, symptoms and treatments associated with chronic conditions such as New Daily Persistent Headache, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, and fibromyalgia where the cause and diagnosis processes can be unclear. ChronicAlly, pronounced “chron-I-cal-LY”, was named as a hat tip to Harry Potter's unclear pronunciation of “Diagon Alley” in the book Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets that landed him in Borgin & Burkes in Knockturn Alley. Patients with chronic conditions often have to manage their medical records and bridge communication between the numerous practitioners on a chronic care team.

ChronicAlly can track practitioners, treatments, symptoms and diagnostic tests. It organizes data about medications (and adverse reactions) and their uses as well as information about diagnostic procedures and their outcomes. Reporting provides analysis such as pie charts to help identify trends in symptom categories, types and locations as well as a symptom intensity (pain level) a treatment history report and more. ChronicAlly allows users to perform ad-hoc reporting on characteristics such as symptom location, and treatment use types.

These features empower the patient with real-time lists of current medications, medications that have caused adverse or allergic reactions, file storage of diagnostic test records, and a journal of symptoms. Better yet, it's FileMaker Go compatible and works on mobile devices such as iPads and iPhones. (Sorry, no Android version available at this time.)
