Dima Abdul Rahman

Program Manager

As a program manager at Beezwax, Dima oversees key initiatives, including client project management, UX/Design review, SOW & RFP delivery, consulting programs and budget planning.

Her background in Landscape Architecture and Urban Planning grounded Dima with aptitude in both design and strategic policy. She feeds her design side through creativity and innovation to compose designs that are not only visually impressive but also functionally solve problems. Her policy side supports cross-functional research on business problems through qualitative and quantitative analysis to produce reports and recommendations.

"My role in a team is a blending brush, making sure each projects’s palette of colors — designers, developers, businesspeople and users — synthesize into smooth, vibrant paintings," says Dima.

Dima earned a bachelor’s degree with honors in Landscape Architecture, and a M.A. with distinction in Urban Planning at Arizona State, where she lead a team winning the National Planning and Design Competition sponsored by the American Planning Association.

Growing up in Lebanon before moving to the U.S. to pursue her Masters, Dima describes her hometown of Beirut as a city that never sleeps; vibrant in every aspect: nature, people, and food! Dima believes in the power of being an artist, supporting her ongoing passion for drawing, painting, and fashion design.
