Your dream career

Beezwax develops custom solutions for a wide range of clients, building solutions for all kinds of information and business problems. We specialize in internal software tools, simplifying processes to make other people happier at their work. Every single day we get to apply and develop our technical skills in multiple problem domains.

Our team is largely based in the Bay Area, and partly geographically distributed. Wherever we are, we support each other closely with strong and frequent communication, and pair programming is encouraged.

We engage in robust, diligent code review that emphasizes testing, quality, and following best practices — we have some very technical clients who demand this of us, which is our good luck.

We are active in developer communities, both online and at events and conferences. And we have continuous, vibrant in-house discussion on best practices, continually supporting one another in improving our skills.
