Natalia is an adaptable and resilient engineer with a strong customer-first mindset, known for anticipating needs and quickly identifying solutions. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with clients across a wide range of industries, including Fintech, Insurance, Advertising, and Event Planning, developing tailored solutions to address unique business challenges.

Having lived and worked in three different countries, Natalia brings a global perspective shaped by diverse cultural and professional experiences. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and German, and is always eager to learn, whether that means acquiring a new spoken language or expanding her programming skills.

Born in Colombia and later relocating to Germany for high school and university, she has traveled extensively throughout Europe and Asia, deepening her appreciation for different cultures and ways of working. Now a resident of San Francisco, Natalia enjoys exploring the city, taking advantage of the great weather, and spending time outdoors on long walks with her Australian Shepherd, Lazlo.
