Beezwax is a custom software development consultancy, with developers, designers and project managers located in the Bay Area and worldwide. We’ve been in business for over 25 years translating client needs into powerful and elegant web, mobile, and database applications. You are passionate about design, UI trends and UX best practices, enjoy ongoing education and research in your field and bringing those ideas to work. You’re an excellent communicator, able to organize, integrate, summarize, and clarify, feedback from collaborators and stakeholders.
You’ll be working with our team, under the supervision of a Senior Designer, delivering design solutions to complex problems. Work in the first year will be largely focused on producing and developing designs guided by a Senior Designer. As your work progresses, you will get more opportunities to lead appropriate design projects.
This is a full-time position, 40 hours a week.
Requirements
- Portfolio showing UI/UX design work in the form of case studies that showcase your thinking and process
- Proficiency in at least one of: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment working with collaborators on multiple projects
- Excellent communication, presentation, and attention to detail

- Coding or development experience in any platform

Salary: $60,000 – $90,000 depending on experience.
