Marketing Enablement Specialist
Location
Cupertino, CA
Position
The Marketing Enablement Specialist works directly inside marketing functions, turning new capabilities into real working habits: running training, writing the playbooks, documenting what works, and making sure the teams who need these tools most know how to get value from them. The goal is lasting behavior change — teams that reach for the right tool as a natural part of how they work, not because they were told to.
This position is an embedded, people-first enablement role for someone with solid marketing experience, a gift for teaching, and a track record of helping teams adopt new ways of working.
The role requires onsite presence on a hybrid schedule in Cupertino, CA, and is not currently open to relocation candidates.
Duties
- Embed within marketing teams to drive toolkit adoption — joining active projects to understand each team's workflows and tailor support to their level
- Organize and run training sessions and workshops calibrated to each team's starting point, from first-time users to advanced practitioners
- Write case studies documenting strong use cases: the marketer's objective, how the tool helped, and the measurable outcome
- Build and maintain a living library of playbooks, how-to guides, and best practices teams can return to
- Surface friction points and adoption gaps through structured feedback channels, representing the marketing practitioner's perspective in cross-functional discussions
- Design a measurement framework to track adoption quality and business impact across the marketing teams you engage
- Set clear expectations about what the tools can and cannot replace in a marketing workflow
Requirements
- 2+ years driving tool adoption and behavior change within marketing teams, with measurable results
- Strong understanding of how marketing teams operate — campaign development, briefing, team structures, and common workflow bottlenecks
- Experience working in a consulting or embedded advisory capacity across multiple client environments
- Experience rolling out marketing platforms — CRM, DAM, project management, or content systems — across an organization
- Exceptional communicator across seniority levels and functions, able to deliver a single session that lands with both a senior marketing lead and a day-to-day practitioner
- Strong writer; able to distill a pilot into a clear, compelling case study that drives broader adoption
- Organized and self-directed across multiple teams and workstreams simultaneously
- Quick to learn new tools, including AI-powered ones — curiosity and a fast learning curve matter more than prior expertise
- Track record of setting realistic expectations about new tools and guiding teams through the transition
- Familiarity with AI tools in a marketing context, and experience writing internal documentation, training curricula, or onboarding programs
- Exposure to change management principles, and experience working across multiple lines of business within a single organization
