- In the first six months of 2024, we received 82 lead forms; this year, we are at 94. This is pacing slower than the second half of 2024, so more improvement is needed.
- Downloads are down slightly, but will rebound in July with the IP9 launch.

- YouTube numbers are down, but they'll increase as we continue posting. Posting is pending Claris campaigns, as the secondary benefit of posting is earning Claris points.

- Referrals from Claris grew to 714 (+7.85%) visitors, averaging 6.78 pages per session.
- In November 2024, we achieved a record-breaking 98 referred visitors to our site from Claris in a single month

- Referrals from Claris grew in May and June as we moved up the Partner page. We received 403 visitors (+27% YoY).
- Our Certification helped boost us to third place on the Claris Partner page.

How It All Comes Together...
The way we landed JobElephant – our biggest project ever outside of Apple – in 2023 illustrates how our marketing components work together. We know the intake path because of our website analytics:
The founder & CEO of JobElephant, Michael Ang, discovered us through our listing on Tableau's Partner site, by way of our software listed there. That took him to Beezwax.net where he engaged our FileMaker and Web development services content, including interacting with our website's AI-driven recommendation engine & “Interests" selector.
Our analytics show his path to the Goals selector, where he favorited (clicked “♥”) on several, and continued browsing through our offerings to achieve those goals. He moved on to Project Types, Services, and Functional Areas, favoriting particular interests as he went through. Michael’s selections included Improve Existing System, FileMaker Performance Improvement, Build APIs, and System Redesign. He told us that he is concerned about Efficiency of Operations, and Profitability, Growth & Resiliency. And in his additional written comments, he described... the project we’ve been working on for JobElephant since then.
After submitting the intake form, at his first meeting with us (with Jules and Julian), Michael said that through exploring our website he gained confidence that Beezwax has the skills and experience he was looking for. And that after submitting the form, he stopped looking at other firms’ websites and awaited our getting back to him.
