• Home page views more than doubled YoY, up 109%
• Significant growth across Careers (+71%) and Services pages (+63%).
• Semantic search and AI-driven forms enhanced user interactions.

Google Ads:
• Reduced average cost per click for FileMaker campaigns by 62%, with clicks up by 179%.
• Recruitment video campaign views rose by 210%, with cost per view dropping 62%.
• Improved user engagement: time on site increased by 67%.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
• Organic search presence surged: 701k impressions and 10.6k clicks.
• Total conversions from organic traffic increased by 36% to 590.
• Beezwax ranked #4 in visibility for FileMaker-related terms, with 9.9% search visibility (up from 1.64% in 2022).
• #1 ranking for 16 key terms like “Claris Connect Development” and “FileMaker AI Integration Services.”

Form Completions: 
• 24% YoY increase in Sales Leads.
• Total downloads hit 1,402, a 43% increase, setting a new record.

Email Campaigns:
• Personalized email strategy resulted in the highest open rates in five years (51% vs. industry average of 36.5%).
• Focused campaigns drove relevancy and engagement, with 692 total clicks.

YouTube Success:
• Introduction of YouTube Shorts contributed to 30% of lifetime views in 2024 alone.
• Total impressions reached 35,769 (+82%), and watch time increased by 29%.

Claris Partnership:
• Referrals from Claris grew to 714 (+7.85%) visitors, averaging 6.78 pages per session.
• In November 2024, we achieved a record-breaking 98 referred visitors to our site from Claris in a single month.


How It All Comes Together...

The way we landed JobElephant (our best project ever outside of Apple) in 2023 illustrates how our marketing components work together. We know the intake path because of our site analytics (which have matured further since):

The Owner of JobElephant, Michael, discovered us through our listing on Tableau Partner site, by way of one of our bzModules... That took him to beezwax.net where he engaged our FileMaker and Web content by way of our Recommendation Engine / Interest Selector.

The analytics show his path to the Goals selector, where he hearted several, and continued browsing through our offerings to achieve those goals. He moved on to Project Types, Services, and Functional Areas, hearting particular interests as he went through. In his selections, Michael told us he wants to improve his system, increase FileMaker performance, build APIs, and redesign his systems. He told us that he is concerned about his efficiency of operations, profitability, growth, and resiliency. And in his additional written comments, he described... the project we’ve been working on since. 

After submitting the intake form, at his first meeting with us (with Jules and Julian), he said that through exploring our site he gained confidence we have the skills and experience he was looking for. And that after submitting the form, he stopped looking at other firms’ websites and awaited our getting back to him.
