Quote details arrived as PDFs and email attachments and were re-keyed by hand before anything could be routed. We built extraction that reads the documents and routes the result into the CRM. What took two days now takes under an hour.
National nonprofit
Eleven spreadsheets held the numbers behind grant reporting, and reconciling them was a project in itself. We consolidated them into one system. Grant reporting went from three weeks to an afternoon.
Healthcare services group
